Hourly Moving Rates

All moves have a 2-hour minimum.

$300 deposit or up to 50% of the quoted total, required at booking. The deposit is applied to your total on moving day.

Additional Moving Charges

Service pricing

Some moves need extra labor, equipment or handling. These charges apply when required.

Additional Services

Extra mover: $80 per hour
Packers only (no lifting): $60 per hour
TV mount / unmount: $200
Trash disposal: $200–$800
Assembly — 1 worker: $80 per hour
Assembly — 2 workers: $140 per hour

Specialty & Access Fees

Specialty items 300 lb+: $300–$800. Requires 3 movers. Examples include pianos, safes and hot tubs.
Three or more flights of stairs with no elevator: $250
Truck fee: $200–$1,200 depending on mileage
After 4 hours, movers are allowed a 30-minute break that is not added to your total.

Unlisted Item Handling

Extra item handling fees

Unlisted items may incur additional handling fees depending on size and difficulty.

Important Booking Terms

Every move has a 2-hour minimum.
A $300 deposit is required upon booking and applied to your moving-day total.
If you do not wish to continue beyond the estimated timeframe, notify the movers so they can close out the job at that point.
